Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LangFeed, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of LangFeed for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
LangFeed offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions; refund requests must be made to Apple. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

LangFeed makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
In no event shall LangFeed or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use LangFeed, even if LangFeed or a LangFeed authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
